Where it all started
A few years ago, our paths crossed at a real estate finance organization.
Riccardo worked there as an interim HR Officer/Project Manager and Suzanne is still active there as a Senior HR Business Partner.
During our collaboration, we once joked: “We should actually start a business together.”
What started as a light-hearted comment quickly grew into a serious idea. We noticed that our knowledge and skills complemented each other perfectly.
We were increasingly confronted with complex issues surrounding (knowledge) migration, both within the organization and in our external network. One thing struck us: why is there so much uncertainty about this topic?
Then we realized: (knowledge) migration is a theme that still receives too little attention within companies, even though it has such a significant impact in practice. That is exactly what we want to change.

Who we are
Riccardo de Jong
Founder and HR Consultant
Riccardo has a background in HR, recruitment, project management, and process optimization. Drawing on his experience in human resources, he supports employers and assists highly skilled migrants in gaining a better understanding of IND procedures, salary standards, and recognized references.
His approach is practical and clear: Riccardo translates complex regulations into concrete steps, allowing organizations and highly skilled migrants to focus on what is truly important for successful collaboration and a smooth start in the Netherlands.
In addition to his consulting work, Riccardo contributes to Joinwise’s knowledge base, where he shares articles and practical tips to make up-to-date information accessible to everyone.

Suzanne Danen - Kober
Co-Founder and HR Consultant
Suzanne has over 18 years of experience in various HR roles and industries and also has a background in recruitment and highly skilled migrant case studies.
Her realistic and pragmatic approach ensures appropriate solutions and advice on issues surrounding highly skilled migration, for both (future) employees and employers. Her strength lies in her knowledge and ability to realize a workable solution for all parties involved.
In addition to her consulting work at Joinwise, Suzanne works as a senior HR Business Partner in the financial services sector.
